Our Approach
At Evenings & Weekends, we believe in a collaborative approach to workshop development. The content we deliver is tailored to your objectives, and to the accessibility and learning needs of your participants.
Our workshops aren’t seminars — they’re designed to actively engage and give participants the opportunity to share their knowledge, ideas, and challenges with others.
They’re also deeply practical: we believe in first laying a foundation of theory, then providing participants with tangible tips and takeaways that they can immediately apply in their work.
Your Options
1. Adapt an existing workshop
Choose to customize from our current roster of workshops, with topics including Confronting White Supremacy, Fostering 2SLGBTQIA+ Inclusion, and Indigenous Issues in Business.
2. Create a custom workshop
Looking to explore another topic? Our team will work closely with you to identify your learning goals and match you with an appropriate facilitator.
